New services and products will gradually be added – such as the “Paravet” area – the concept's flagship feature providing customers with the opportunity to have their pet's well-being checked during a customised appointment with a qualified adviser.
In addition to the products on sale in the store, the Noa area features a broader selection, with specialist brand products. When they do their shopping, Carrefour customers will be able to find everything they need for their pet's well-being in the same place, as well as advisers on hand to help them find straightforward solutions to make everyday life easier for them.
Carrefour and Noa, a new pet care brand launched in January 2019 by InVivo Retail, have just unveiled a brand-new concept at the Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt hypermarket just north of Paris. Having soft-opened on 13 July, the area features a comprehensive selection of original products for dogs and cats. The pet care market is undergoing rapid change: pet owners are increasingly invested in the health and well-being of their four-legged friends and are on the lookout for personalised advice and support. In a bid to address these new expectations, Noa has set up within the Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt Carrefour store to offer people advice and share its expertise with them – as well as selling a range of specialist products.
